There are many ‘Mind Power Techniques‘ and even ‘Subconscious Mind Power Techniques‘ resources on the internet, but of course some are better than others. Over the years I’ve book-marked many websites. The following list of seven I have chosen because I believe them to consist of good quality content and are of practical use.

His website is full of really useful information about effective approaches to change work and in his extensive writing you will find some really clear explanations of Neurology. A good start is the article explaining the difference between the two brain hemispheres.


Online Meta Model Flash Cards

This is a fantastic resource! As you may know the Meta Model was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder the co-creators of the field of NLP. It’s a way of understanding language with precision. You get access to 308 NLP Meta Model and Milton Model Flash Cards.

NLP Practitioner Certification Training Videos

steve-g-jonesHere you will find several videos with New York Hypnotist/NLP Master Trainer – Steve G. Jones demonstrating practical NLP tools, techniques and methods you can use for personal growth step by step. He covers different aspects of NLP within the level of Practitioner Certification. For example, in Video 5 (scroll down the page) he explains Anchors and Anchoring Techniques and how you can use these to empower yourself and influence others in an ethical way.

White Noise Generator

Do you ever find it difficult to concentrate while working due to external noise from traffic, machines, jets, sirens, children, loud music etc? White Noise is used to mask external noise and you get the best results by using headphones. It really works. I find it very useful and it helps me be more productive as the distractions fade into the background and the white noise begins to sound like a waterfall. Give it a go, it will increase your mind powers!

This is one of my favourite ‘self help’ articles by NLP Master Robert Dilts. I believe it is the clearest explanation you will find about the usefulness of ‘Positive Intention.’ This is a very beneficial principle that is often misunderstood. Robert explains it all clearly and I think it’s an essential key for dealing with the ‘evil’ in the world these days.

Shamanism – Working With Animal Spirits

shamanism-animalsThis is a great website I use regularly. It gives the Shamanic explanation for over 300 animals. Have you ever had the experience where you keep seeing the same animal repeatedly? Or perhaps you have a dream where you vividly see a certain creature.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Resources

emotional-freedom-techniquesThis site has some very useful content regarding the practical use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Manuals, articles, discussion groups and there are several videos demonstrating how to use EFT to resolve issues, including serious Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Steve Andreas (Trainer & Author)

steve-andreasSteve Andreas has been involved with NLP pretty much from the beginning. Himself and his wife, Connirae, helped develop many of the breakthroughs that were made into rapid personal change through ‘modelling excellence.’ He has authored several excellent books and on this website you can read his articles, which are amongst the best you will find, about personal growth with NLP.
