We’re bombarded with information. We suffer from ‘Information Overload.’ It’s easy to keep putting things off, so you may well ask, “How Can I Stop Procrastinating?”
Here’s a fact: when you get clear on what you need to get done and prioritise those tasks, your productivity will increase dramatically.
I learned the following strategy from the world-renowned Brain Tracy. It works! Give it a go now:
Make a rough list of all the tasks you need to do today.
Get a new sheet of paper and at the top write out the number one priority task that you need to get done today. (This is your ‘frog.’)
Now write A, B, C, D underneath and write out your other important tasks by priority.
As you do each tasks cross them out or tick them.
*Top Tip: At the end of the day before you go to bed, review what you need to do tomorrow. Write out a new ‘Eat That Frog’ list. Go to sleep. Review the list first thing in the morning.
So there you go, I hope that’s helped you stop procrastinating.
